About All Size Charts
All Size Charts collects size charts for hardware, building materials, tires, beds, frames, skis, snowboards, and ski boots, checked against the standards they come from.
Charts include drill bits, wire gauge, ampacity, screws, tires, beds, and more; the home page lists them all.
How we check the numbers
Every page is written for this site. Before a number goes on a page, we read the original source and check it against at least one other. Where good sources disagree, we show a range or leave the number out rather than guess. Each page lists its sources at the bottom.
- Charts follow the governing standards, such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, and the National Electrical Code, cross-checked against a second published table. Sizes only one source lists are left out.
- We calculate unit conversions ourselves instead of copying them. That's how we caught a widely copied tire table that lists load index 66 as 639 lb; the correct figure is 661 lb.
- For gear without a formal standard, like snowboards and skis, we list only the size ranges that two published brand or retailer charts agree on.
- Claims we couldn't trace to a source have been removed rather than kept.
Who runs this site
All Size Charts is a small independent website. It isn't affiliated with any manufacturer, retailer, or standards body, and nobody pays to be mentioned. Every tool is free, needs no account, and runs in your browser.
Please note
Charts are for reference. For electrical, structural, or safety-critical work, confirm against the manufacturer's data and the code that applies where you are.
